Marcus Rivera
Marcus Rivera grew up in the vibrant Arts District of Downtown Las Vegas and witnessed firsthand how the city's rapid growth created demand for reliable sanitation services. Before founding Bloom, he spent a decade managing logistics for major conventions at the Las Vegas Convention Center, giving him unique insight into the region's event infrastructure needs. Today, Marcus leads our team with a commitment to serving every neighborhood from Summerlin to Henderson with the same dedication that built this city. When he's not coordinating deliveries, you'll find him hiking the trails of Red Rock Canyon or supporting local businesses in Chinatown.
Jennifer Walsh
Jennifer Walsh brings over fifteen years of operations expertise to Bloom, having previously managed large-scale hospitality projects up and down The Strip, from the MGM Grand to the Wynn. A UNLV graduate who fell in love with the desert while attending college in Paradise, Jennifer understands the unique challenges of serving Nevada's diverse communities—from the scorching summers of North Las Vegas to the high standards of events at Allegiant Stadium. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures every unit we deliver meets the pristine standards that Las Vegas residents and visitors expect. Jennifer is passionate about giving back to the community through local charities in Spring Valley.
